Vinieta had always had a love for new places. However, for a young single woman, the pressure is higher when it comes to following a passion that the society is not used to. She tried traveling to a few cities in her state for a start and was discouraged by the experience. However, Vinieta Bhatia is not one to admit defeat. Reading about other female solo travelers inspired her not to give up. Her first long journey was to Ladakh. While a few of her friends accompanied her on this trip, Bhatia realized that she had a lot left to see and experience.
Vinieta did not give in to the negative remarks that some relatives and friends tried to stop her with. Her parents were completely behind her on this and instilled her with confidence. Vinieta Bhatia set out on her India tour and since then has been proving every non-believer wrong. She had visited more than half of the country in 3 years. The holy places and the history behind them attracted her attention. She kept going from one holy shrine to another in search of the purpose of life and found peace in what she did.
Vinieta Bhatia is now a solo adventurer who roams all around the globe. The last thing on her list is to complete a tour of the world. Wherever she is, Vinieta makes it a point to delve into the local sacred places and traditions. While a few bumps come in her way, she focuses on the love and appreciation that people pour out to her. As a traveler, Vinieta Bhatia has finally found her purpose in life.
